Each MScIC student required to complete a minimum of 24 units of courses, including at least 6 units of core courses. Subject to the approval of the Programme Directors concerned and the enrolment capacity, students can take at most three courses from MScEE Programme or at most one 5000-level Taught Postgraduate course from other Divisions within the Faculty of Engineering. Students may apply for course and unit exemption for a maximum of 2 courses (6 units) subject to the approval of the Programme Director and the Dean of the Graduate School on a case-by-case basis, taking into account individual circumstances.
The following table lists the M.Sc. courses in Microelectronics and Integrated Circuits. The latest teaching time table can be found in the Graduate School web page.
