曾偉華先生 (Martin) , 2005 年畢業於香港中文大學電子工程學系。在 2010 年, 憑著其電氣、電子和系 統研發的多年成熟經驗，創立了香港第一家電動汽車充電服務公司-EV Power, 更迅速成為香港的主要 營運商。至 2014 年, 公司更跨越至中國領域, 三年後更締造了中國領先充電運營商的佳績。隨後，曾 先生獲邀擔任全球最大的電動汽車充電網絡服務商 Hubject Ltd 的首席執行官，以兩年時間將全中國 超過二十萬個電動汽車充電設備接入該公司的充電網絡, 並向許多國內汽車公司提供服務，協助他們 進入海外市場。

2021 年初，曾先生帶著堅韌熱誠, 展現創業家的精神, 以超過十多年的專業經驗、領導才能和獨特的 充電技術，再次投入香港創新科技市場, 成立「希路能源有限公司 HALO Energy Limited」。 當中所帶 來嶄新的電動車充電網絡和移動服務模式” 宜加充電 E+ Charging”，是利用一套由 HALO Energy 自行 研發的通用電動車負荷管理系統來支持不同品牌電動車的充電器。 藉著全球電動車發展的浪潮以及 響應全球應對氣候變化, 各國推動綠色能源發展機遇下, HALO 正處於高速發展階段，在完成了 PreA 融資的同時，亦成為香港科技園 Acceleration Programme 的重點培育公司，積極參與本地地產發展 商和國際能源企業 "蜆殼石油 Shell" 共同合作的項目，目標成為超級充電站的領先，為電動車車主提 供最佳的充電體驗，他帶領著 HALO 逐步邁向全球一體化電動車充電營運企業的新里程。

Mr. Tsang Wai-Wah (Martin), graduated from the Electronic Engineering Department of The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2005. In 2010, Mr. Tsang founded a company of EV Power, the first universal EV charger and charging network system company in Hong Kong, which then quickly became the leading EV charging service provider in Hong Kong and expanded to the China market in 2014, based on his years of industry experience. Three years later, it has produced outstanding results for the leading charging operator in China. Shortly after, he was invited to become the CEO of Hubject Limited, the world's largest provider of electronic roaming charging networks for electric vehicles. Within two years, it has connected more than 200,000 EV charging points of many domestic automotive companies to its charging network. It has also assisted these Chinese auto companies in entering overseas markets.

In early 2021, Mr. Tsang re-entered the innovation and technology market in Hong Kong with tenacious enthusiasm, using his more than 10 years of professionalism, leadership and unique charging technology achievements, and demonstrated his entrepreneurial spirit by establishing "HALO Energy Ltd". The new EV charging network and E-mobility service model "E+ Charging", uses a universal EV load management system developed by HALO Energy to support varied brands of EV chargers. Capitalizing on the global wave of electric vehicle development and addressing global climate change, HALO rapid growth phase as countries promote opportunities for green energy development and has become a key incubator for the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park under Acceleration programme while completing Pre-A financing. The company is actively involved in a partnership project with different mega real estate developers and international energy company "Shell" with the goal of becoming a leader in supercharging stations. He is leading HALO to a new milestone as a global integrated electric vehicle charging operation.
