The Language Engineering Laboratory is located within the Department of Electronic Engineering on the second floor of the Ho Sin-Hang Engineering Building in the Central Campus of The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Most visitors will arrive at the university by taxi, in which case they can alight outside the Ho Sin-Hang Building directly, or by train. The laboratory is a pleasant 20 minute uphill walk from the railway station through some of the most attractive parts of the campus. First time visitors, however, will find it more convenient to take the free bus service from just outside the railway station up to the Central Campus, particularly during the Summer months. Visitors should alight the bus outside the Sir Run Run Shaw Hall (H9), the second bus stop, from where they can walk for a couple of minutes back down the hill, past the Lady Shaw Building (H24), to enter the Ho Sin-Hang Engineering Building (H25). The map below shows the route to take from the bus stop. Visitors can also take the bus back down the hill to the railway station.

For a more detailed map you may refer to a power-point or pdf version of the map, which contains also driving directions to our lab.
