How to get to the Chinese University of
Hong Kong (CUHK):
a. If you travel from the Hong
Kong Airport to CUHK, it is most convenient to take a taxi from the
Airport to CUHK in Shatin for about HK$300 (~US$37); or take the
airport bus number A41 from the Airport to Shatin station for
HK$20 (~US$2.50) and then take the KCR train from Shatin Station to
University Station for about HK$4.00 (2 stations away).
b. If you travel from Lo Wu
Border of Shenzhen (深圳罗湖口岸), China to
CUHK, take KCR
(Kowloon-Canton Railway),
or 九广铁路 in Chinese from Lo Wu
station (罗湖站) to University station (大学站)
for about HK$22 (about 5 stations away from Lo Wu station).
c. After arriving at the
University station, go to the university side of the station exits
and then walk (less than 5 minutes) to the conference venue, the Esther Lee Building (利黄瑶璧大楼), as indicated as
Building number C1 on
the campus map, 即中大地图上的名为利黄瑶璧大楼的第
C1 号大楼).
