Chi-Keung Fong received the M.Phil. degree in electronic engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) in 2003. He received the B.Eng. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from the University of Hong Kong (HKU) in 1999. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in the CUHK. His research interests include transform coding, pattern matching, and image processing.
