Best Student Paper Award

Dai Yong Heng Denver has won the Best Paper Award at the 9th IEEE LEOS (HK) Postgraduate Conference held on November 29, 2008 at the City University of Hong Kong.

The awarded paper is entitled:

'Polarization-insensitive delay-asymmetric nonlinear loop mirror for variable bit-rate DPSK demodulation" by Yongheng Dai, Mable P. Fok, and Chester Shu.
